I am very pleased with the charm I purchased. The picture does not do it justice. I think more charms could be sold if the pictures of them were better. It looks very short and stubby on the website but when I received it, the real charm was much prettier. I took the chance in ordering it with the hope it would look better than the picture on the website and I am glad I did. The shipment came in plenty of time for Christmas. Overall, I am very pleased with everything from the company. I will more than likely order from them again when looking for another charm.
